Today I said “F*** it”, now I feel bloated and tired.

I woke up this morning just not in the mood, not in the mood for the Gym, not in the mood for my regular food and not in the mood for anything.
So I wen to the Gym, it was leg day… it sucked, well it didn’t suck, I did, but I did about an hour.
Then I came home and showered and decided to make a something different for lunch, even though I had something in the fridge… I ended up having both.
I usually have a smoothie at 3 ish and it’s something I’ve had everyday for the past few months, it’s delicious, but decided to pass and I had a protein bar instead, then a flapjack soon after.
I then had two cold beers which I enjoyed with my feet up and another protein bar… is that counterproductive? Maybe, but better than a whole packet of chips/crisps.
I then had some jellys as a snack, now I’m just full and can’t move, so I didn’t, I lay down and scrolled on my phone.
Dinner time, Cajun chicken, veggies and potatoes, was amazing, nutritious food and it hit the spot… but I’m still bloated and have no energy.
I still have to go for 30 minute walk which I always do in the evening, it won’t be so bad.
What’s the lesson in all this, just because you can eat all around you, doesn’t make it a good idea.
