The amount of times I have seen and heard online fitness coaches say…

“You can still eat all your favorite foods and have multiple social nights per week”

Oh really? Well if that was the case wouldn’t people be moving closer to there goal rather than further away from it?

You see, people will say almost anything to get your attention and if it sounds to good to be true, well it probably is.

Is it possible to eat pizza and pasta and lose weight? Yes, but you’re gooing to have to know how much calories you are eating… and spoiler alert, it’s probably less of a portion than you would like.

You can still have multiple social nights out per week? Yes you probably can, but what about the alcoholic beverages, extra calories that most restaurants meals have and the chances of working out the following day?

When it comes to getting something that you don’t currently have, you will have to do something that you’re mot currently doing, you may even have to sacrifice a few things that you are currently doing, or just reduce them at least.

But saying you can keep living your current lifestyle and reach your dream goal isn’t living in reality… like I said above, if that was the case you would be moving closer to your goal… but you are not.

Making sacrifices is what makes reaching your goal worth it.
