The Perfect Workout plan!

Let’s for a second imagine I have the perfect workout program, targets every muscle in your body… legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms and core.

It also has cardio to help with your lungs because that’s important too!

Would you want it? Of course you would!

Well here you go… this Gym program…

Person A “I don’t have a gym membership”

Ohhh… well then this program is useless for you.

Person B “I have a gym membership”

Perfect! This is the perfect gym program is for you.

First exercise is a Hack squat, 6 sets 8 reps.

Person B “my gym doesn’t have a Hack squat machine”

Ohhh… well then this program is useless for you.

You see, there is no such thing as the perfect program, workout or exercise, there is only perfect for you, and you’re thr only one who knows what that is.

If you like walking, walk more.

If you like running, run more.

If you like lifting weights, lift more.

If you like burpees… WTF is wrong with you?

Joking, you might actually like them.
