The diet you don’t want to follow

that you just might be.

This is an actual diet followed in a certain part of the world, I’m not going to give you the name of it just yet, let's call it “the blank diet”

People on the blank diet wake up and skip breakfast, they go workout and at lunchtime have a huge meal, like seriously huge!

They also drink a lot of their calories, as its easier to consume more calories via liquids than it is actual food.

When eating, they will eat in groups and talk, because when we are distracted we tend not to know how much we are eating and overeat.

After they are done eating they rest, they take a nap, this slows digestion.

When they wake up they eat another huge meal

Does this sound familiar to you?

Do you wake and skip breakfast?

Drink a lot of your calories (lattes, soft drinks etc)?

Have a big lunch, then get home and have a big dinner?

Do you watch tv, use your phone while eating?
