The 5 fundamentals that could change your life.

When it comes to living a better life there are very few things that we can all do that will have the same effect, after all, we are all different and unique.

But there are some things we can and should be doing daily to help us live better.

No, this doesn’t mean running 10 miles a day or drinking a kale juice while holding your nose, it’s much simpler than that, actually, it's so simple that you probably know what I'm about to say, but here goes nothing.

The 5 fundamentals for a better life.

  1. Fresh air.

Air is the single most important thing we need to live, without it we are dead within 3–5 minutes, I don't know how I can make that sound more important. (I didn't want to put it in all caps).

We should all be getting fresh air daily, what the hell does that even mean?

Simply put, It means going outside.

We spend a large portion of our day inside, whether that be at home or at work or inside our cars etc.

This doesn’t exactly give us a supply of fresh air. It’s kind of recycled air and it gets stuffy after a while.

Opening a window doesn’t really do the great job you think it does, you have to extract the “bad” air (CO2 we breathe out)…
