As a guy who is 6'4 and on January 1st was 113kg this current weight is a win, but when it comes to weight loss when do we know when to stop?

Obviously we can’t just keep on losing weight, we have to have a ideal goal in mind that we are comfortable and happy with.

When it comes to your “ideal weight”, whatever that actually means and also, it’s going to be different for everyone, depending on height, muscle mass and body fat percentage.

Because we fluctuate in weight daily, hourly and heck sometimes minutely (we pee/poop and we change weight), so have a precise number is just ridiculous, but a range where we are comfortable with.

Keeping in mind that several things can spike water weight, also for females on their periods can change the number on the scale, we need to take those things into mind.

So pick a weight that you would like to be at and then allow yourself 3% either side of that.

For me, 88kg would be good but 3% either side gives me that flexibility, which is between 86kg and 90kg (around about).

Focusing to narrow ia just not possible.
