Is carb cycling beneficial?

What is my VO2 max?

What heart rate is fat burning mode?

I could go on and on here, but I won’t.

When it comes to health, fitness and weight loss stop getting technical and complicated… it’s not helping you, it may even be holding you back.

Do the basics, drink water, walk, do a workout that YOU enjoy, you already know what foods you should be eating less of (we all do).

We think if we get precise numbers and follow what others did it will help us… I’ll let you in on a secret… the numbers and program doesn’t matter as much as you think, it’s the effort and consistency that matters most.

You could do a complex and tailored made for you, if you only follow it for 2 weeks, there’s a chance it won’t have much change or effect.

BUT, if you followed the basics and stuck with them for an extended period of time you would see results, consistency and commitment beats technical.

KISS, keep it simple stupid.
