Should you weigh yourself everyday?

I’m one of those people… I weigh myself daily… most of the time. But why?
Apparently people who weigh themselves daily have more success in losing weight (image below), so far in 2023 I’ve lost 24kg (52lbs). So maybe it’s true.

I understand and have experienced the fluctuation in your bodies (my body) weight, I know a few things can change it but the only thing I can say it, don’t get emotional about it, don’t let it ruin your day before it’s even started.
Top tips.
1. Wake up, pee, then weigh yourself.
2. Do it at the same time each day.
3. Wear the same kinda clothes (unwear).
It’s really simple, the hardest part is the emotional part.
Let me tell you about 2 times I weighed myself and was like “this makes absolutely no sense at all”
I woke up and weighed myself and did my typical day, workout, drink water, went for a walk, stopped eating at 8pm and got a decent nights sleep. The following day I woke up and stood on the scale. It was whatever weight.
