My master plan… it’s to start Monday.

What’s your plan to get fit, healthy and lose weight?

Wake up on Monday morning and workout and eat healthy…

That’s it? That’s the plan? Really?

This is how a lot of people aim to succeed… and the majority of them fail successfully.

If you’re just going to just wake up and just do stuff without much of a plan, please don’t expect much much back.

An idiot with a plan can beat a genius without one.

Your going to have to have some markers to hit, clear goals and objectives… “eat healthy” isn’t clear enough.

When it comes to making a plan start on the weekend, Saturday or Sunday, set yourself up for a win, get meals ready, gym bag packed, set yourself daily goals, this could mean a certain amount of meals, water or steps.

This helps you know where you are and also will help you increase in the future, eg you normally get 5,000 steps, you can increase to 6,000 steps.

Keeping a journal or diary with what you have to do and what you have done (and when you do it, it shows you what you did) and help keep you on track and let you make progressions so you get better.

Most people just start Monday and end up stopping by Thursday and most of that is just winging it and hoping it will work (for most it will not).

So make your plan, get a piece of paper or better yet a journal and write out your plan, look at it daily, keep it by your bed, fill it in before you sleep, check it in the morning so you know what you have to do.
