It’s not if, but when…

Currently I have ice creams in my freezer, chocolate in my fridge (I live in a hot country so it needs to be) and I live by the line…

It’s not if I eat them, it’s when I eat them.

Simply put, I’m going to eat then eventually, I didn’t buy them not to eat them.

If you can control yourself to live like this and eat them over time and not all at one time then have them in your kitchen, but if you have them and feel the temptation to eat them because you have them there, don’t buy them!

If you buy multi packs or large chocolate bars and find yourself eating the whole thing, then just buy the small sizes instead, yeah this might workout as cheaper buying the bigger pack, but then your not in control.

Have a small snack or “craver saver” that will fill the gap, but not over indulge and put you way over your calories intake for the day (if you track).

Recently I got a large bag of crisps/chips with a point system in a supermarket. It was half price, I said fuck it, I normally don’t ever buy crisps.

They lasted about 3 days, even though I portioned out a few bowls at the start, then I just had a second one and then they were gone.

If you (I) have them, you (I) will eat them, it’s that simple.

Learn to know what will help you and what will hold you back, have some chocolate, but don’t buy the large chocolate 400g block, get the 50g and enjoy it when you need it.

Bonus tip.

Eat it without your phone or distraction, savory it.
