I’m not going to hit you with the common “we all get the same 24 hours in a day”

Or the

“check your screen time, how many hours on social media?”

Because we all know that stuff… we also know it’s true.

We are busy, weather it’s work, relationships, family or whatever else I might be missing that goes on in everyone’s day to day life.

Myself, I currently don’t need to work/be employed, I have a lot of free time, I still have a ton of things to do and I sometimes think “how could I do this while working 40 hours at a job”.

Fun fact, I lost the majority of 20kgs while working a full time job. I lost 13kgs, then another 7 after I quit that job, how I hear you ask?

I created the time for it.

You might be spending time on other things, yes social media might be one of them, you have to ask yourself are you getting back from what your putting into this?

Social media = probably not getting much back

Working out = over time you will get it back

Cooking healthy meals = it can take some time, but you know what you are getting/eating

You need to create time for the things that will be worth it in the future. It doesn’t have to…
