I don’t really like it, but I do it anyway.

I’ve always been a strong believer in do what you like, because when you do something that you don’t like there is more resistance and a higher chance you will talk yourself out of it.

But I have a confession….

I don’t like getting out of bed at 9am to go workout, I don’t like cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and I don’t like drinking so much water that I have to go to the bathroom all the time.

But guess what, I do/eat/drink all of the above… why… because of the end result.

Working out is tough, I lift weights and they are heavy, for me anyway (I’d rather lift weights that go running).

Cottage cheese on it’s own is disgusting and has weird texture (again, for me anyway), but blended up in a smoothie it’s a very good and cheap source of protein.

Greek yogurt is bland in it’s own, but mixed with protein powder or in my smoothie (with the cottage cheese) it’s very tasty

And water… well it’s the second most important thing for life and I live in a hot country and cold water is very refreshing… but peeing all the time isn’t ideal, but not exactly a big issue.

What I’m trying to say is… I do all those things because I know over time the end result will be worth it, yes I could do things that I love…
