Don’t go Vegan or Vegetarian.

I’m not vegan or vegetarian, you're probably not surprised by that, but I do eat and buy a lot of vegan and vegetarian foods.
Why?
Because they’re mostly vegetables and we should all no matter what diet we follow be eating more vegetables.
Before you continue, this isn’t going to be me hating on vegans or vegetarians.
A lot of my friends follow a vegan diet or lifestyle and that’s cool, I respect that (If you’re a vegan or vegetarian I respect you as long as you don’t shove your beliefs down my throat).
They’re also the kinds of friends that don’t judge me if I eat meat, they eat what they want, I eat what I want. If you can, get yourself some of those kinds of friends.
My diet is about 70% vegetables (like 6–8 portions a day), lots of beans (kidney beans, black beans, butter beans) and chickpeas and berries, mainly blueberries because they’re delicious.
I also drink almond milk instead of regular milk.
Now that sounds very vegan/vegetarian but wait for it. I eat eggs, like between 4–6 a day and eat lots of cheese and some milk chocolate.
Those two things (eggs and cheese) are the reason why I won’t go full vegan, I tried it for a while and just wanted eggs and cheese. The no-meat part I was fine with and…
