Accountability is what will get you results.

People are always looking for the best way to do something the latest trend or the sneaky hack that gets them there faster… if that is you, those post might be for you, but I wish you the very best in finding it.

When it comes to being successful in weight loss or Fitness, commitment and accountability play a huge part… but it’s hard to sell those things so we look for workouts or fad diets.

Think of it like this, your boss in work holds you accountable, you get there on time, until a certain time, you get your work done, reach your KPIs/targets, you take lunch for a certain amount of time etc.

If you don’t do the above, or fall below the standard, your boss will have a word with you too figure out why and get you back on track.

That’s accountability!

When it comes to holding ourselves accountable, we suck, we will let ourselves down in a heartbeat, example…

Ever been in bed at 11pm and said that you will wake up and go for a run out go to the Gym at 7am before work? Then your alarm goes off at 6am and you hit snooze and go back asleep… yup, me too.
