60 hours of your week, that’s a lot of time to waste.

Ok maybe waste is a strong word, but it is a lot of time to not use, specially if you want to achieve something… could be health/fitness/weight loss.
Where did I get those 60 hours?
From Friday at 6pm (when people clock off work) until Monday at 6am morning (clock back into work mode). That’s 60 hours and 35% of your week.
Yes I am fully aware that you have to sleep during those hours too, but are you even doing that? (I know you are sleeping, but how much time are you scrolling in bed)
60 hours where you have no work to do, you save 8–10 hours (from work hours and traveling to work) that you get to work on yourself, help achieve the result that you want.
Some people will go to the gym before or after work but on the weekend they pass… when they have more time and the gym maybe less busy (depending on the location).
This allows you to not rush yourself so much, have a nice breakfast after, or maybe decide to go on a long walk instead, a hike maybe.
“But it’s the weekend and I’m tired from working all week”
All I’m hearing is that you’ll work for someone else but won’t work on yourself when you have time off.
This is tough love, sorry, but I want you to succeed in reaching your goal.
